Charmian Hayes works in the Milton Keynes area of the UK. She has drawn and painted for as long as she can remember. Charmian has studied art in Liverpool when the Beatles were fab.
Charmian moved to London and for many years had a “proper” job in IT, painting in her spare time. When her son was born she started working from home turning to art and taking commissions. Charmian painted portraits and caricatures from photos. She completed commissions for clients from all over the UK, Europe and even one or two in South Africa.
Some years ago Charmian moved to Milton Keynes where she currently chairs the Milton Keynes Society of Artists. She now mostly paints in oils concentrating on people, animals and still life. She still takes the occasional commission but really enjoys painting subjects of her own choosing.
