David Johnson has been drawing and painting from an early age so that creating artwork has become his mission in life.
David has always had a strong connection with nature, and loves to go wandering through the woods or following misty mountain ridges. Nature is a huge source of inspiration for David which also reflects in his paintings.
His style has developed through many years of working in professional fine art studios. David designs and produces artwork for hotels, restaurants, commercial spaces, public areas and private estates worldwide.
David is now an international prize-winning freelance artist and spends some of his time teaching art classes and running mural-painting workshops throughout the UK & Europe.
His work has been published in international art publications and he has had paintings exhibited in the Mall galleries in central London. David has been shortlisted twice for the ‘Artist of the Year’ award run by the ‘Artist & Illustrator’ magazine.
